One transparent fee
Families pay the carer's agreed rate for the care itself, plus our fee of 15% of the weekly cost of care (plus VAT) — for example, 30 hours at £20 an hour is £600 of care and our fee is £90 + VAT. No joining fee or subscription. Carers join free and keep their full agreed rate.
