You pay the carer's agreed rate for the care itself. We add a single fee of 15% of the weekly cost of care, plus VAT. No joining fee, no subscription.

The fee applies to the weekly cost of care, however it is arranged — home visits, live-in care, respite or emergency cover.

Carers join free, get free access to information, training and support, and keep their full agreed rate — no deduction from their pay.
